Hi! We’re the co-founders of Starflyer Brewing Company, Andrew & Bailey Archer and Ethan Comfort. Ethan and Bailey are brother and sister and grew up watching their dad homebrew in the kitchen. Andrew helped his future father-in-law brew six batches of homebrew for his and Bailey’s wedding, and has been brewing ever since. Beer has been an essential part of our story, and now we want to share it with you.

  • Andrew

    Co-founder and Head Brewer

    Andrew has been in the beer industry since 2015, most recently brewing for HiHO Brewing Company in Cuyahoga Falls. Having turned his favorite hobby into a career, he can’t wait to share his passion for beer with the city of Canton.

  • Bailey

    Co-founder and Manager

    A former school teacher who has always had an entrepreneurial streak, Bailey still spends weekdays working full-time in after-market sales before working in the taproom nights and weekends. An avid thrift-shopper, she recently sold vintage goods online as half of Juniper & Pine, and has brought that love of vintage preservation to Starflyer’s taproom.

  • Ethan

    CFO

    With his formal training in data analysis, Ethan is Starflyer’s number-cruncher and helps keep the Archers’ heads from getting too far into the clouds. You’ll also find him working the taproom just about every hour we’re open.
